Anytime people gather for a purpose, someone is needed to oversee all the details to ensure that the event happens and that it is a success. GVBP event planners provide much needed support for flawlessly coordinating these countless details for both large and small events. The common thread that describe our services is that we create something fabulous out of the myriad details, all while making it look easy,

Nevertheless, we do not take nor claim the glory and success from our client’s event because we are the “invisible hands behind the curtains” working for our clients. The services provided are directed at the following four type of events:-

1. Social Events-Often open to only members of a community, family and/or friends and not open to the general public. These include Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Baby Showers, Baptism, Holiday dinners (Christmas, Independence, etc), Housewarming, Reunions and Weddings.
2. Corporate Events. Organised by companies for a particular purpose involving management of the company, workers, and shareholders. It may also involve the general public. Such events include , but not limited to, annual shareholders meetings, board meeting, client appreciation event, Company Social events, Groundbreaking Ceremony, Open houses, New Product launch, Press briefing, Staff Training.
3. Industry Events– Designed to inform, influence and form consensus on a specific issue or common topic. In addition to conventions, other industry specific events include association meetings, conferences, industry trade show, public exhibition and symposiums. Convention and Conferences are not open to public` participation as the target audience audience consist of those in the industry or those who service or support the industry.
4. Special Events- a broad range of affairs including sporting events, some of which may have a very targeted audience. e,g award event, book signing/author readings, CD release, fashion show, inauguration ball, musical festival, store ground breaking, etc.
